Below is our standard scope. On the walkthrough we add or remove items to match your
building. A warehouse with two restrooms and a dock needs a different list than a
twelve-office suite, and you shouldn't pay for tasks you don't need.
Restrooms cleaned, sanitized and restocked
Breakrooms, kitchens and appliance exteriors
Offices, cubicles and conference rooms
Trash and recycling collected and re-lined
Hard floors swept, mopped or auto-scrubbed
Carpets vacuumed, spots treated
High-touch surfaces disinfected
Entryways, glass doors and lobby detail
Dusting: sills, vents, ledges and fixtures
Warehouse floors, aisles and dock areas
Consumables restocked — paper, soap, liners
Periodic deep tasks on a set rotation
Your building gets assigned people, not whoever was available. They learn your layout, your alarm code, the door that sticks, and the areas your team actually complains about.
Every task, every frequency, one price. When something gets missed you point at a line on a document instead of relitigating what you thought you were buying.
The work gets checked against the scope on a schedule, and the frequency gets adjusted as your traffic changes. You should have to tell us something once.
Offices, cubicles, conference rooms, lobbies and common areas on a fixed schedule — nightly, weekly, or a couple of times a month.
Aisles, dock areas, racking bays, break areas and shop restrooms. Auto-scrubbing for concrete and epoxy, worked around your shifts rather than through them.
The two rooms your employees judge the whole contract by. Cleaned, disinfected and restocked every visit, never rushed at the end of a shift.

Starting point — confirmed on the walkthrough
| Frequency | Best fit | What usually gets added |
|---|---|---|
| Twice a month Most common | Small offices, warehouses with light office space, low-traffic professional suites | Quarterly floor and carpet work |
| Weekly | Offices of roughly 10–25 people, showrooms, single-shift facilities | Monthly restroom deep clean |
| 2–3× weekly | Client-facing offices, shared restrooms, on-site food prep, multi-shift warehouses | Traffic-lane carpet care monthly |
| Nightly | 25+ people, medical, public-facing retail, 24-hour operations | Full floor program on rotation |
Most of our accounts start at twice a month and adjust after the first quarter once we can see where the building actually gets dirty. Changing frequency doesn't mean renegotiating the whole contract.

U.S. workers were injured in falls badly enough to require days away from work in 2024.

National reference ranges, 2026 · not a quote
| Facility type | Per sq ft, per visit | What moves the number |
|---|---|---|
| Office / professional suite | $0.07 – $0.20 | Open plan vs. segmented, restroom count, frequency |
| Warehouse / distribution | $0.10 – $0.20 | Office-to-warehouse ratio, dock grease, racking access |
| Medical / dental | $0.18 – $0.30 | Disinfection protocol, waste handling, documentation |
| Retail / restaurant | $0.12 – $0.25 | Restricted hours, kitchen degreasing, entry traffic |
| Project work, hourly | $35 – $75 / hour | Strip and wax, deep cleans, turnovers |
Two questions worth asking every bidder, us included: what's excluded from the per-visit rate, and how often does floor work actually happen? A monthly number that looks too good usually means floor care was quoted quarterly, billed as if it were monthly, or left out of the scope entirely.
Step 1
We walk the building with you, measure what matters, and ask what the last cleaning company got wrong. Free, usually under an hour.
Step 2
Every task, every frequency, one monthly number. Floor work is broken out separately so you can adjust it without touching the rest.
Step 3
Your building gets its own crew. We handle keys, codes and badging up front so the first visit isn't a fire drill.
Step 4
Work is checked against the scope on a schedule and the frequency adjusts as your traffic changes.

Yes. Most of our work happens after your team goes home, on weekends, or during scheduled shutdowns. Warehouse floor work in particular needs the space clear and time to dry, so the schedule is built around your operating hours rather than ours.
No long lock-in. Recurring accounts run month to month after the initial term. If we're not doing the job, you shouldn't need a lawyer to leave
Off the walkthrough. Recurring service is priced as one monthly number against a written scope, with floor and carpet work broken out separately so you can change that frequency without renegotiating everything else.
Yes, including auto-scrubbers, extractors and burnishers for floor work. Consumables — paper, soap, liners — can be stocked by us and billed on the monthly, or left to you.
Yes, and that's the majority of what we do. Office and warehouse space usually run on different frequencies within the same contract — offices more often, warehouse floors on their own cycle — priced as one monthly number.
Not really. We walk your building, quote against your current scope so it's a like-for-like comparison, and schedule the first clean around your notice period. Most switches happen without a gap in service.
Walkthrough within a few days of your call and a quote shortly after. First clean follows once you approve the scope and any insurance or badging requirements are cleared with your building.
